EUFLEX LIMITED
The combination of advanced CNC cutting technology and independent pocket spring construction has brought a distinctly smooth experience to the Limited Edition Euflex. The dynamic multistage design from CNC cutting foam material and the foam pocket spring core allows your body to be optimally supported while you sleep, protecting you from aches and pains during the night.
STRUCTURE
The mattress structure is divided into 2 main parts:
+ Surface:
- The mattress cover is using high quality imported antivirus fabric (VIRASE).
- The elegant pattern-quilted cotton pad and thick weight- support foam, followed by a soft fabric layer is separated from the 3cm thick natural latex toplux 7’Zone with a meck cloth.
+ Core:
- The top and the surrounding borders are covered with high-density foam. Foam cut by CNC technology forms squares with sharp borders and flat surfaces.
- Euflex Limited cores are independent pocket springs with a thickness of 9cm lined up in solid blocks. European standard stainless steel material is fed into the bending machine into small springs and stored in independent non-woven bags to increase the rigidity of the product structure.
